The process of transferring healthcare facilities from district councils is not always easy. Today, Yuliya Brykulska visited the Shepetivka Primary Healthcare Centre. The NGO is interested in effective and fair decisions of local authorities in favour of doctors and patients. As a result of the meetings, the manager of the institution and a member of the NGO, Andriy Nechyporuk, and local deputies are already working on compromise solutions to ensure that the institution remains successful.
